What are Exhibitor Kits?
Exhibitor Kits are forms that will
ensure your exhibitor needs are met including delivery of your
booth, accessorizing your booth, and providing the necessary
electricity, internet access, and fax or telephone access to run
your booth.
Who
needs Exhibitor Kits?
If
you want anything other
than your
standard amenities or if you are
shipping your
booth to the expo, you must work through
Event1 Productions, Inc.,
the
official services
contractor of the expo and the provider of your Exhibitor Kits.

Access your
Exhibitor Kit at Event 1
Event1 is available to assist you with all items related to your booth
space including Booth Sales & Rental, Setup & Teardown of your
display, Banners, Graphics, Signage, Display Stands, Artwork,
Audio-Video, Accessorizing, and More.
What do the Exhibitor forms I completed for the Expo cover?
Those forms secured your space at the Expo and covered the basic
amenities you receive as an Exhibitor, which include the following.
Each booth
space is 10’x10’ and comes with 8’ Drape and 3’ Side rail, (1) 6’
skirted table, (2) folding chairs, (1) wastebasket, and (1) 7”x40”
sign with your company name printed in block letters. One 20-amp
electrical outlet will be provided per booth. The floors within the
booth and the aisles are carpeted.
What if I am
bringing my own booth or need additional services?
Rarely are any two exhibitors’ needs the same. The Event1 Exhibitor
Kit enables you to address the specific needs for your booth.
Please note
the following:
Booths:
If you are bringing you own booth and did not notify us on the
registration form, please contact Event 1. Otherwise, a 6’ table &
2 folding chairs will be in your booth area.
Carpet:
If you do not want or need carpet, please notify Event 1.
Electrical:
You
are being provided only (1) 20-AMP outlet. If you need additional
outlets, please bring a power-strip. If you need additional power,
please go to
www.event1inc.net to download the Cox Convention Center Electric
form.
Internet:
You will probably not be able to receive a wireless Internet
connection inside of the Cox Business Services Convention Center.
However, you will be supplied a cable hook-up to the Internet at
your request. There is an additional fee for this service. If you
did not request Internet service on the registration form and you
wish to receive it, please go to
www.event1inc.net to download the Cox Convention Center Internet
form.
Color Scheme:
The
aisles, center court, and booth areas are scheduled to be decorated
with black carpet. The booths will be draped with a succession of
green, white, and black curtains.
