About the expo
The Mid-Continent
Prospect Expo is presented by the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum
Association and produced by Smart Brothers LLC. The event has
been organized to provide a forum for matching exploration and
production projects with investment capital. The emphasis is on
geologic basins in Oklahoma and those basins surrounding the
state. The success of international prospect expos in Houston
underscores the need for a regionally focused exposition in
Oklahoma.
This event will provide the
independent producer a regionally targeted audience for
presentation of exploration and development projects to
potential partners and investors. It will provide capital
providers a forum for presenting financial tools and identifying
suitable clients and projects. The regional focus will provide
an environment conducive to successfully aligning development
opportunity with development capital.
An attendance of more than 1,000
is estimated due to national marketing with 580,000 readership
circulation. The audience will include CEOs & Presidents,
Geologists, Engineers, Landmen, Independent Producers, Capital
Providers, Media Representatives. Exhibitors will include
Producers with Exploration & Production plays on display
throughout the Mid-Continent along with Capital Providers,
Banks, Mezzanine Financiers and Service Providers.
